-1-hour initial private consult via phone or video conference -Share videos of your pet's behavior for behavioral assessment -Develop a plan to address behavioral issues -Complimentary 45 min. behavioral check-in once a month for three months to ensure the plan is effective -Update and modify plans based on animal response during the 3-month period -Regular communication with trainer throughout the 3-month period via text, email, or chat
